I think this is the first time I have had to go back and listen to the intro again to make some sense of it. I normally get 10 minutes in to the show before I have to do that LOL.

Another great show people, thanks for all your work.

Jodcast is the "International rescue" for amateur astronomers.
could be an idea for an intro ?

Hmmm, now there's an idea. F.A.B.

This is my fave intro upto now...and just listened to Feb 3rd 365 days of astonomy podcast "Space Race"...."Now Alan Shepherd was one of seven Mercury mission astronauts and it's worth pausing to note that the names of five of those seven are immortalized as the sons of Jeff Tracy - Scott, Virgil, John, Gordon and Alan, the pilots of the Thunderbirds".
Can you aford Megan a pink Rolls Royce?
    ;-)

One of your listeners made a comment about not being able to use iTunes to access the jodcast on Linux. Could I suggest Amarok - the usual media player for a lot of Linux distributions, eg ubuntu, gentoo, etc.
Amarok has a section under the "playlists" tab labeled "podcasts". Simply right click on that and select "add podcast" to type or paste in the url of the jodcast. You can configure options for the added podcast by right clicking on it. You even have the option of downloading on demand or automatically when new jodcasts are published. Personally, I have the "save folder" specified as an nfs shared public folder on my central data server - the jodcast is then downloaded automatically and is immediately available if required to all computers on the network. All previous episodes are also available from the store from any computer at the press of the mouse...
Linux (like the jodcast) is great!
