Hopefully everyone knows the drill now. This is for comments on the November show. The cover art isn't the Jodcast studio but an image of the Parkes Control Room from 1970!

No, Ian, the moon on November 23 is not a "23 day old Moon". Since New Moon is on November 16,
the Moon on that date is a 7 day old Moon.
  2.
Stella, are you coming to Jodcast Live?

A nice view of the last quarter Moon close to Mars will be seen around midnight on the 8th November. With binoculars, you should be able to see the stars of the Beehive Cluster as well!http://www.flickr.com/photos/penninecloud/4090822974/in/pool-1230704@N24
This is from Pennine clouds photos...

Thought the piece about Parkes was very good , can you tap some money from NASA for upgrades ! Bit late but I think ask an astronomer solo works well , and music should stay. See you all on the 21st.

"Stella, are you coming to Jodcast Live?"

I'm thinking about it, but will find the
    travelling expenses a bit high.

Stella, is that because you'd have to buy some plutonium to power the flux capacitor in your DeLorean? ;-)
